I yern for the inclusion of environmental education topics in the schools co-curricular activities. this will help teachers to teach these important courses everyday. Currently conservation education is not well spelt in the curriculum and forcing teachers to adopt the subject is dificult as the ministry of education will not recognise it legally. teachers always want to teach topics that are examinable. We at BirdLife Zimbabwe are running an environmental education programme in schools around the country and we feel more players must come in and help lobby for policy change with regards to the teaching of environmental topics. Come on board and help push for the review of the schools curriculum. Thank you.
